For regular maintenance and to preserve the down of the fabric, we recommend that you vacuum your bench regularly.
Before using a soapy product, always test on an inconspicuous area.
Clean the wood with a dry cloth.
Protect your furniture from direct sunlight, as this can cause the wood to fade unevenly over time.
Fabric Protector: Most fabrics in the Gus* Collection are inherently stain resistant and therefore do not require a protective coating (e.g. Scotchguarding). In some cases, the application of such a coating may affect the appearance and/or "hair" of the fabric.
The application of such a coating voids the fabric warranty.

As with most furniture made by Gus, on all benches you will find solid wood or wood veneer. With Wave for example, Gus* shows that wood can be worked differently. Instead of assembling legs with a seat, a single piece is molded and pressed into an atypical shape.
