Elegance inspired by one of the greatest

Inspired by the industrial design icon created by Mies Van der Rohe, the Pavilion armchair embodies timeless elegance and refinement.

Padded leather and chrome steel

The Pavilion chair features a tufted leather cushion, providing both cozy comfort and a luxurious aesthetic. The attachment straps on the seat give it a distinctive touch and allow the cushion to be securely attached to the sturdy chrome steel legs. This creates a harmonious contrast between the warmth of the leather and the strength of the steel, adding a captivating visual dimension to the armchair.

Sophisticated design for commercial or residential use

The Pavilion collection offers a complete range of furniture that meets all needs, whether for commercial or residential use. Each piece in the collection is designed with the same attention to detail and the same respect for the sophisticated style of the 1930s, brought up to date. Whether you choose the Pavilion armchair for your living room, your office or any other space, you will be delighted by its elegant appearance and exceptional comfort.

From the Bauhaus modernism movement, designer Mies Van der Rohe created the original collection for a very special occasion. Indeed, it was during the 1929 World's Fair, which took place in Spain, that the government asked the designer and his wife to create the German pavilion, a modern building, to represent Germany at the fair.

But when construction was complete, he didn't want to stop there. He thought of dressing the interior with a collection of furniture. So came to him the idea of designing a luxurious armchair with premium materials. As he said himself, it had to be monumental. Thus, we understand better why he said he wanted to be inspired by the time of the pharaohs and the Romans.
