- It is normal for solid wood to expand and contract due to changes in ambient humidity. A constant humidity level of approximately 50% is recommended to prevent cracks and surface splitting.
- For regular maintenance and to maintain the fabric's pile, Gus* Modern recommends regularly vacuuming the chair with an upholstery brush attachment.
- Before using a soapy product for cleaning, always test it on an inconspicuous area.
- Protect your furniture from direct sunlight, as this can lead to uneven fading of the fabric over time.
- Protective agent: most Gus* Modern fabrics are inherently stain-resistant and therefore do not require an additional protective agent. In some cases, applying such an agent may affect the appearance and/or "pile" of the fabric. Applying such a coating voids Gus* Modern's fabric warranty.
