A square side table in solid teak with a cross base, ideal for an indoor or outdoor relaxation area
Compact and sculptural, the NowThen end table from Blu Dot is at home on a terrace or in a sun-drenched living room. Its square shape and cross base — two massive panels that interlock with architectural precision — give it a strong presence despite its contained dimensions. Placed between two armchairs, it naturally becomes the discreet heart of a well-designed relaxation area.
A noble wood with unique grains resistant to UV, humidity, and climatic variations
Made entirely of FSC® certified solid teak, the NowThen end table fully embraces the raw beauty of the material. The generous wood grains, visible on each panel, make each piece unique. Naturally resistant to humidity, UV rays, and temperature variations, teak requires no complex maintenance to preserve its qualities season after season.
Discreet spacing allows for quick drying after rain
The two slats that make up the tabletop are not just an aesthetic signature: their slight spacing allows rainwater to drain without accumulating, ensuring quick drying and a surface always ready to accommodate a cup, a book, or a glass.
Teak naturally evolves and gains character season after season
Left outdoors, teak gradually develops a natural and elegant silvery-gray patina. This aging does not tarnish the furniture — it enriches it, giving it additional depth and character over the years.

- Teak is a solid, Grade A wood from sustainable sources. Teak's natural properties make it particularly suitable for outdoor use. Please note that grain and color may vary from piece to piece due to natural variations in the wood.
- Over time, teak acquires a silvery-gray patina. The extent and speed of this evolution depend on the climate, exposure to weather, and level of maintenance. Temperature changes cause natural expansion and contraction of teak, which can sometimes lead to the appearance of fine cracks. These should not affect the structural integrity of the furniture.
- Teak's natural oils make it ideal for outdoor use: they prevent rot and make it resistant to fungi and wood-boring insects.
- Avoid letting water stagnate on surfaces. This can cause teak's natural oils to rise to the surface and create water stains.
- Over time, exposure to moisture can also bring out the wood grain. Simply sand with fine sandpaper to smooth it.
- To keep your teak looking particularly good, we recommend covering it when not in use. If you prefer your teak to be less silvery-gray, we suggest using Bayes Teak Cleaner and Restorer to help maintain its original color or restore some of it if it is already weathered. Apply it according to the manufacturer's instructions for best results.
- For optimal results, we recommend the following care: wipe spills with a clean, dry cloth, cover furniture out of season, and store it indoors during winter months.
