Available in two classic leathers, carefully selected for their unique grain, the Cabot is distinguished by a vibrant material that will develop a patina over time. Each leather has variations in grain, color, and texture, as well as slight natural marks that testify to its authenticity. These nuances and imperfections are not defects, but elements that enrich the personality of each chair, giving it a patina and visual charm that intensifies over the years. A leather conditioner can be applied to soften certain marks if desired, while preserving the richness of the material.
Foam cushions, walnut legs and protective glides
Built to last, the Cabot features fixed seat and back cushions made of medium-density polyurethane foam, wrapped in Dacron, for balanced comfort and reliable support. Its solid wood block legs, finished in walnut, enhance its architectural appeal and warm character. Protective plastic glides are integrated under each leg to protect your floors from scratches.

- Each leather has natural markings, variations in grain and color, which differ from hide to hide and from product to product.
- Scratches and signs of wear are part of the natural character of leather: over time, they contribute to its personality, patina, and visual appeal. Treating them with a leather conditioner can help reduce them if desired.
- As with any leather product, slight stretching over time is normal: this “breaking-in” increases the comfort, flexibility and character of the piece.
- Before using a soapy cleaning product, always test on an inconspicuous area.
- Protect your furniture from direct sunlight, as this can cause the fabric to fade unevenly over time.
- Protective Agent: Most Gus* Modern fabrics are inherently stain-resistant and therefore do not require an additional protective agent. In some cases, the application of such an agent may affect the appearance and/or "peeling" of the fabric. The application of such a coating voids the Gus* Modern fabric warranty.
