Designed as a decorative and practical solution, it blends seamlessly into contemporary interiors while adding a warm touch thanks to the use of natural wood.
Precise manufacturing combining aesthetics, quality and longevity
The creative process begins in Toronto, where designer Sung Wook collaborates closely with Umbra Studio to create meticulously crafted technical drawings. Every detail is meticulously considered to ensure a perfect balance between form and function. Once the plans are finalized, they are passed on to manufacturers, who then custom-cut the wooden dowels. These are then meticulously finished with a protective lacquer that enhances the material's texture while ensuring its durability.
Five folding hooks for smart everyday organization
The pivoting system is then integrated into each hook, allowing the five folding elements to be hidden or deployed as needed. Each hook can support up to 5 lbs/2.25 kg, providing an ideal hanging capacity for coats, bags, or everyday accessories. The Picket hook thus becomes much more than a simple storage element: it is a designer object, designed to enrich the space in a discreet and intelligent way.
