Some collections try to do everything. The Buddy collection, on the other hand, chose to do just one thing, but to do it better than anyone. That one thing is wood. Not wood as a pretext, not as a decorative veneer placed over a hidden structure, but wood as a total material, assumed from base to backrest, without detours or compromises.

Designed by Blu Dot, the Buddy collection is based on an idea as simple as it is demanding: a wide, enveloping molded plywood shell that curves outwards to naturally embrace the back. Solid wood legs, slightly flared, anchoring each piece with solidity and elegance. Dowel joint details, discreet but present, for those who look closely. And everywhere, this continuity of material that gives the whole a coherence.

The collection comes in three formats to suit all uses and all life heights. The dining chair for the everyday table, lingering meals, and endless conversations. The counter stool for the kitchen island, breakfast on the go, an evening drink in the kitchen. The bar stool for high worktops, counters, and spaces in between—neither sitting nor standing, somewhere in the middle where the best discussions happen.
