Promotional offer

  • What are the terms and conditions of your promotional offer?

We offer the equivalent of 15% tax on a selection of products. Promotional offer on nuspace.ca and in stores from Friday, June 17, 05:00pm to Sunday, June 19, 2022, 11:59pm (ET).

Limited promotional offer. Applicable on merchandise on nuspace.ca and in stores. Discount applies to merchandise only, not applicable taxes or shipping and handling. Cannot be combined with other promotions, final sale products, third party products, services, shipping charges.

No price adjustment on previous purchases.

No refunds or exchanges on purchases after 14 days from date of taking possession. No returns, exchanges or refunds on final sale and special order products. For all returns or exchanges, proof of purchase is required and merchandise must be unused, uninstalled and returned in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be charged for any open boxes and/or damaged merchandise.

 

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?

No, we do not offer branded gift wrap or other gift wrapping services or products.

 

  • I ship my order directly to the recipient - will they see the price on the invoice in the box?

We are committed to being an environmentally responsible company and as such, we do not include paper receipts/bills with our shipments.

Shipping and delivery

  • Where do you ship to?

We ship to the provinces of Canada by Loomis Express or Canada Post (small packages only), which offer fast and efficient service to your door. Loomis Express requires a signature for delivery and cannot deliver to a PO Box. Some 'fragile' products are shipped on pallets.

Please note that we do not ship to the Canadian territories: Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut.

In addition, due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

 

  • How long will my order take?

During vacations or promotional periods, delivery times may be affected, resulting in delays in shipments. This is due to the application of vacation schedules and the significant increase in order volume. Orders placed on the day of or the day before a holiday should expect an additional few business days of delivery time. Please be assured that we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

 

  • Can I add/delete/change items in an existing order?

Once an order has been sent to our warehouse, we are unable to add/delete/change items in an existing order. If you have any doubts or have made a mistake in your order, please email us within 24 hours with your order number for reference.

 

Returns

  • What is the return and exchange policy of Nüspace ?

No returns, refunds or exchanges on purchases after 14 days from the date of pick-up. For all returns or exchanges, proof of purchase is required and merchandise must be unused, uninstalled and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be charged for any opened boxes and/or damaged goods.

 

  • How do I return my product(s)?

Please contact our customer service via email to make a return. Include your order number in your email.

 

  • Can I return/exchange a sale item?

No, all sale items are final sales and are not subject to price adjustment, return, credit or exchange.

 

  • Will I be reimbursed for the shipping costs?

Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping costs when you return part or all of your order/purchase.
