Remarkable collaboration between Raymond Biesinger and Portland Stamp Company
A few years ago, the talented Raymond Biesinger had the opportunity to collaborate with the remarkable Portland Stamp Company to create a series of commemorative stamps, perforated and adhesive stickers, in honor of the imaginary Portland International Mail Truck Expo 1987. Although these authentic stamps have long since disappeared from the shelves, a special request came to the artist: someone wanted to see these beautifully detailed designs adorning their wall, printed on high quality art printing paper , without being perforated. Thus was born this series of works, giving new life to Biesinger's drawings.
